Incentive Program Details 4/2/2021

This posting provides important details relating to the TRIAD Staffing incentives and benefits that are being presented to the TRIAD workforce effective April 5, 2021.  The incentives and benefits are being offered at the sole discretion of TRIAD Staffing and can be amended or cancelled at any time without notice.

TRIAD Stimulus

For each period of qualification, which is 3 separate 30 day periods, associates must have perfect attendance at their assignment and work a minimum of 150 hours per each qualifying 30 day period.

TRIAD Refer-A-Friend

The referring associate:  Must work 80 hours in a 3 week period and be on the active TRIAD payroll for the payout period.

The referred new associate:  Must work 80 hours in a 3 week period and be on the active TRIAD payroll for the payout period.

TRIAD Vacation and Holiday Benefits

Based on your TRIAD hire date, associates who work 1900 hours in one anniversary year, will receive one week of paid vacation.

Based on your TRIAD hire date, associates who work 1300 hours in one anniversary year, will receive one paid holiday.  Eligible holidays are as follows:

New Year’s Day

Memorial Day

Independence Day

Labor Day

Thanksgiving Day

Christmas Day

  • Program begins 4/5/21
  • Hours worked prior to 4/5/21 do not count toward vacation or holiday time accrual.
  • Associate must be on the active payroll/assignment to get paid vacation and holiday pay.
  • Vacation pay will be calculated as follows:  The average hours for the anniversary year worked per week at the current assignment pay rate. Hours paid will not exceed 40.
  • Holiday pay will be calculated as follows:  The average hours worked the elected holiday week and paid at the current assignment pay rate. Hours paid will not exceed 8.

Transportation

TRIAD reserves the right to limit the number of passengers transported, determine which specific job facilities will be serviced, select drop off/pickup times, and enforce other company and safety related requirements.
