The TRIAD Stimulus and Refer a Friend Program
Effective date: 9/13/21
TRIAD Stimulus*
For each period of qualification, which is 3 separate 30 day periods, associates must have perfect attendance at their assignment and work a minimum of 150 hours per qualifying 30 day period.
*The Stimulus program is for new TRIAD associates only. Must have a hire date of 9/13/21 or after.
TRIAD Refer A Friend*
The referring associate: Must work 80 hours in a 3 week period and be on the active TRIAD payroll for the payout period.
The referred new associate: Must work 80 hours in a 3 week period and be on the active TRIAD payroll for the payout period.
*All current TRIAD associates who meet the criteria outlined above are eligible to participate and earn the Refer A Friend bonus.
This posting provides important details relating to the TRIAD Staffing Stimulus and Refer a Friend programs that are being offered effective September 13, 2021.
The incentives are being offered at the sole discretion of TRIAD Staffing and can be amended or cancelled at any time without notice.
